Jersey Day!

Celebrate the power of sport by wearing a jersey, sweater or uniform of one of your favourite teams today.  It is National Jersey Day in Canada, a chance to show off your team colours and recognize the powerful role that sports plays in our lives.  Sports bring us joy and escape. We learn so much about life from sports. Sport clearly impacts our physical health, but our mental, emotional and spiritual health also benefit. IMG_0730

Rugby

Planning is already underway for the 2014 rugby season at Lord Tweedsmuir Secondary School. In particular, the Junior Boys team is asking any Grade 9 or Grade 10 boys interested in playing rugby for the school this year to SIGN UP (click on the link to go to our online sign up page.)  You can also check out the Panther Rugby page for information about all the teams at our school.  Check back often as more information gets posted as we get closer to the spring season.
